Do you have a physical store I can walk into?
We are located at 90 Signet Dr. Unit 15. While we do not maintain stock of any of our products, orders can be made available at our location for pickup. ]
How do I know how many meals to order?
Typically your coach/trainer will outline your daily intake of calories and macros to fit your training goals. We recommend buying approximately 10-15 meals to cover 5-6 days worth of food. This will vary depending on your caloric/macro budget as outlined by your trainer or coach in order to fulfill your training needs.
What are the cooking instructions for your meals?
Most of our meals can easily be heated with the use of a microwave or oven/toaster oven. Recommended cooking instructions will be provided on each meal should it apply.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we are only delivering to the GTA and Toronto region - approximately a 50km radius from our kitchen.

Is your food fresh?
YES, all of our food is fresh. We never carry inventory and meals are only produced when they are ordered in order to maximize freshness and flavour.
What is the shelf life of your meals?
All of our meals will last approximately 5-6 days in the refrigerator unless otherwise specified on the product. Meals can also be frozen in their containers for up to 6 months.
Can I refrigerate or freeze your meals?
It is crucial to refrigerate your meals as soon as possible and keep it in the fridge. Alternatively, yes you can freeze the meals for use at a later date.
Can I order meals for a same day delivery?
A same day delivery is just not feasible for us because we do not maintain any inventory. Our delivery schedule will outline order deadlines for selected delivery dates.
